Valencia FC offers you an exceptional training camp on the idyllic island of Malta this summer. A camp set up by the FC Valencia club and its technical direction in order to bring all the methodology and values of this mythical Spanish club. A comprehensive approach is at the heart of the Valencia FC soccer camps with the motto “We educate boys, we train soccer players”. This highlights the dual aspect of this camp : human values and the progress of the soccer player.
The best players will be selected to go to Valencia for 3 days to attend the FC Valence National training camp. A unique chance to live an unforgettable moment.

Location
Valencia FC football camps take place on the beautiful island of Malta in Mellieha.
Malta is a small archipelago located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, between North Africa and Europe. A perfect summer climate for a successful camp. The children will be accommodated in a hotel with direct access to the soccer pitches.
These are large 11-man soccer pitches with artificial turf.
Accommodation
The hotel Mellieha FC Sport Center offers modern and comfortable rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar and safe..
The sporting Facilities
FC Valencia’s football camps in Malta are held in hotel with synthetic soccer pitches directly adjacent to the hotel.
Children will therefore walk to training directly from the hotel and will take advantage of the synthetic 11-man soccer pitches to ensure optimal training quality.
An exceptional environment for a training course that they will remember in this idyllic location.
Catering and food
FC Valencia offers a full board (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner included) or half board (lunch and snack included) camp in Malta. Children will have their meals directly at the hotels’ restaurants.
There will be a broad variety of choices to meet the physiological needs of the children and to accommodate any allergies or special diets. Please let us know when registering so that we can take these into account.
Having the pitches right next to the hotels allows the children to spend their whole week of training on the same campus. They will do everything by foot from the rooms, to the restaurants to the fields.
They are under the supervision of the FC Valencia coaches 24 hours a day.

Training
The programme of the FC Valencia training camp has been designed by the FC Valencia Academy and is oriented towards soccer but also towards mindset.
Soccer-wise, FC Valencia is known for playing an attacking and technical soccer, based on possession and a flexible tactical approach depending on the opponent. In defence, FC Valencia is known for its constant pressure on the opponent to recover the ball and initiate quick counter-attacks. They also have the ability to change their line-up depending on the opponent and adapt to different game situations, which allows them to be more versatile and effective.
On a human and mental perspective, FC Valencia is known for having players who are determined to win, who don’t give up and who have an impeccable team spirit. They are also known to be very intelligent players who can adapt during matches.
This is what will be on the agenda for the 4 hours of training per day, focusing on the progress of the soccer player but also on the transmission of fundamental human values to high-level sportsmen and women, both on and off the field.
There is a specific Goalkeeper option available to have dedicated training for this particular position.
Coaches and coaching method
The coaches are all trained in the Valencia CF methodology and have extensive experience in the development of young soccer players.
They all have coaching diplomas certifying their quality and knowledge of soccer. Your children will be in the hands of professionals on these FC Valencia camps.
Staff and activities
Children will take part in non-soccer activities in the afternoons and evenings and will always be accompanied by FC Valencia coaches. They will organise activities for them and look after their well-being throughout the stay.

There are no excursions on this camp, but the best players will be selected to go to Valencia for 3 days for the FC Valencia National camp. A unique chance to live an unforgettable moment.

Language Class
The FC Valencia soccer camp offers English lessons every day for 2.5 hours. These are certified English courses set up by ACE English Malta.
The English courses take place in the afternoon from 15:00 to 17:30. These are intensive courses which will allow your child to progress and return from the course with a higher level.

Arrival
The arrival on the camp is done on the first day between 7:30 and 8:30 in order to be ready for the first training session.
