The Liver Bird on your chest, the Peak District hills as your backdrop: the Liverpool FC International Academy turns the prestigious Repton School into a training ground worthy of the Reds. This elite boarding school, halfway between Liverpool and London, boasts 11 natural grass fields, a swimming pool, gymnasium and tennis courts – a self-contained campus where everything is on foot, accommodation and meals included.
Up to 24 hours of training and matches per week, following the program set by Liverpool’s academy coaching staff. Two pathways to choose from: Complete Football (training + 8 hours of tactical and video workshops) or Football + English (training + 13 hours of language classes). Goalkeeper-specific option available (Performance packages). Nike Liverpool FC International Academy kit provided.
Excursions: a private tour of Anfield (locker rooms, fieldside, stadium concourse). Two-week participants also enjoy a day at Alton Towers and a visit to Liverpool. End-of-camp certificate and medal for every participant.

Location
Ideally located between Liverpool and London, Repton School sits on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Kids will spend their camp in the heart of the English countryside: a real change of scenery!
Repton is a quiet English village 20 minutes from the city of Derby. Manchester is about 2 hours away, and London a little farther.
Accommodation
Repton School is known as one of the best soccer schools in England, with several former students going on to professional soccer careers in recent years.
The school offers all types of rooms: single, double and triple rooms as well as dorms. Rooms are assigned on arrival based on the age of the campers. Bathrooms are shared, and a common area with ping-pong, a pool table and a lounge is available so kids can relax and have a good time with their friends. Wi-Fi is available.
Please note that everything is within walking distance on campus: housing, dining and sports facilities can all be reached on foot. Kids will spend their camp week in impressive historic buildings.
The sporting Facilities
As you would expect, this private boarding school has outstanding soccer facilities. No fewer than 11 grass fields are available!
A gym, indoor tennis and squash courts, a swimming pool and state-of-the-art classrooms: everything is designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Catering and food
This is an overnight camp with all meals included: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.

Safety and security
At this camp, the sports facilities, housing and dining are all on the same site, which means everything is within walking distance. This improves safety, as a team is available 24 hours a day, all week long, to look after the kids within a secure area. There is nothing to worry about!

Training
The Liverpool FC camps offer two different programs to future campers:
- Performance and Development: up to 24 hours of soccer split between training sessions and games + 8 hours of workshops on tactics and analysis of the Liverpool first team
- Soccer + English: up to 24 hours of soccer and 13 hours of English classes.
Both programs are open to boys and girls.
Once you have made your choice, kids are grouped by age and skill level after a first morning of evaluation. Coaches constantly adjust the groups throughout the week to make sure every child is in the right place.
The schedule is the same for all kids. The only difference is during the afternoon session, when Soccer Focus campers attend the soccer workshops while the others go to English class.
Methodology:
The weekly program was developed with the Liverpool FC Academy to teach kids to play soccer the Reds way: fluid, attacking play at a very high intensity.
The youngest players will learn the core principles of Liverpool’s style of play, while the older ones will focus more on tactical scrimmages, with more specific training for their preferred positions.
Throughout the camp week, coaches will alternate technical drills with themed scrimmages to put into practice what was learned during the drills and the workshops!
Every day at 7:30 p.m., kids will also attend a classroom workshop covering various tactical topics or video analysis, as well as soccer-related subjects such as nutrition and recovery.
Finally, goalkeepers are not left out. A dedicated program allows them both to work on drills specific to their unique position and to take part in scrimmages with the field players.
The club’s values will be at the heart of this camp: ambition, dignity, unity and, of course, commitment.
Coaches and coaching method
The Liverpool coaches designed the training program together with the technical staff of the Liverpool FC Academy. Campers follow the same coaching program, helping them reach their full potential over the course of the camp.
The coaches at the camp are all certified and experienced in the world of soccer. Each of them is approved by Liverpool FC, with special attention paid to their mindset to make sure their qualities align with the club’s values.
Staff and activities
In addition to the coaching team, the Liverpool camp has a team of counselors whose job is to supervise the kids and make sure everything runs smoothly every day.
From wake-up to meals and free time, they will make sure at all times that the kids have a great time and have everything they need.
Trips and days out
Every soccer fan dreams of visiting the world’s greatest stadiums, and Anfield, home of Liverpool FC, is one of the most legendary. Kids will get to discover it during a field trip, with access to the locker room, the sidelines and the concourses of the Reds’ stadium.
Finally, kids staying for two weeks will get to visit Alton Towers, a 202-hectare theme park with no fewer than 34 rides, for a day of fun before tackling their second intensive week! A tour of the city of Liverpool is also on the schedule.
Language Class
The English program at the Liverpool camp offers hands-on language learning through 13 hours of classes, while also helping kids use English in everyday situations, whether on the field, in class or in the evening. Learning happens 24 hours a day.
On arrival, students will be evaluated and placed in a class that matches their level.
The CLIC method is used throughout the week to provide intensive and effective instruction. This conversation-based method has a proven track record and helps kids speak up with confidence, giving them more independence and creativity through fun activities. Progress is very fast!
At the end of the week, kids will receive a written report, a certificate and individual feedback from their teacher, with tips on how to keep improving after camp.

Arrival
Player arrival:
If you are dropping off your child, players are expected on Monday from 9:00 a.m. and throughout the day. It is best to arrive before 1:00 p.m. to attend the introduction to the programs they will follow. The opening ceremony takes place in the evening.
If you have booked the transfer option, arrivals must be between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
Departure
Player departure:
You can pick up your child on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. and throughout the day.
If you have booked the transfer option, departures must be between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
