The French Football Federation is bringing its international academy and soccer camps to Los Angeles.
Led by Blaise Matuidi, the FFF Academy is coming to LA to offer all players the chance to train using its world-renowned methodology during a week thatโs 100% soccer.
This level of excellence needs no introduction โ it has produced some of the greatest players in the world and consistently leads Franceโs national teams to the final stages of every major tournament. Now, the FFF is sharing this elite expertise with American players.
The methodology and training program were developed by Jean-Claude Lafargue, former director of INF Clairefontaine โ the academy that shaped Franceโs top football legends.
Thanks to his experience, he created a program designed to help your child grow as a player while embracing the core values of the FFF.
The FFF Academy Los Angeles camps are open to boys and girls aged 7 to 14.
This is a unique opportunity for your child to live a full week of 100% FFF and 100% soccer, in top-tier training conditions, with high-level, certified coaches.

Location
The FFF Academy Los Angeles soccer camps take place at Mar Vista Recreation Center, ideally located for easy drop-off and pick-up by parents.
The campus is just 10 minutes from Venice Beach and 25 minutes from Downtown LA.
Your children will have access to high-quality synthetic soccer fields, along with other athletic facilities on-site.
The FFF Academy Los Angeles camp is the only program in California offering this elite methodology โ and for the FFF, itโs essential to be present in one of the most iconic cities in the United States.
Los Angeles is home to two major soccer clubs, with two former World Cup champions currently playing in the city. So itโs only natural that the FFF is bringing its world-class expertise here, to give your children the very best.
Training in such a beautiful setting โ just minutes from the famous Santa Monica Beach โ is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that shouldnโt be missed.
The sporting Facilities
The FFF Academy Los Angeles soccer camps will take place at Mar Vista Recreation Center, located just 10 minutes from Santa Monica.
Itโs a central, ideal location with a high-quality sports complex โ the perfect setting for a week of 100% soccer for your children.
Beyond the soccer fields, Mar Vista Recreation Center features several basketball courts, baseball fields, and a hockey rink.
Itโs a true sports and performance hub.
Thereโs also an outdoor swimming pool open during summer, offering a relaxing option for parents while their children are at camp.
For younger siblings and families, the park also includes playgrounds and spacious green areas perfect for picnics.
We chose this location because of its family-friendly atmosphere, allowing players to enjoy full days of soccer while their families make the most of all the amenities the center has to offer
Catering and food
Each day at the FFF Academy Los Angeles soccer camp includes a lunch break following the two morning training sessions and the workshop.
Children must bring their lunchbox, as lunch is not provided.
Throughout the day, water, fruit, and granola bars will be available to help keep players energized and hydrated.
Safety and security
Throughout the entire day, children will be supervised by certified FFF Academy coaches.
These coaches have extensive experience working with young players and have all been approved by the FFFโs Technical Director.

Training
At the FFF Academy Los Angeles soccer camps, the training methodology is based on development principles created by the French Football Federation, one of the most respected federations in the world when it comes to youth player development.
This methodology was designed by Jean-Claude Lafargue, former Director of INF Clairefontaine, the legendary training center that produced champions like Kylian Mbappรฉ and Thierry Henry.
Itโs an approach that combines technical training, individual development, and tactical awareness.
Each session is tailored to the age, skill level, and pace of progression of the players.
At the FFF Academy Los Angeles camps, each day is structured around four key components:

Coaches and coaching method
The FFF Academy Los Angeles methodology is at the heart of the project and is led by Jean-Claude Lafargue, former Director of INF Clairefontaine.
The Director of the Los Angeles academy has been personally trained in this methodology and, along with his team of coaches, will pass on its principles and values in every session.
To ensure optimal quality, there will be one coach for every 10 children.
All coaches hold the highest-level coaching licenses and have been fully trained in the FFF Academy methodology.

Arrival
