When registering, families can choose between two programs:

The camp curriculum follows Arsenalโs official methodology, โPlay the Arsenal Way,โ created by the clubโs Technical Director. This unique program focuses on all-around player development โ technical and tactical skills, game understanding, sports science, nutrition, fitness, and mindset.

Location
The Arsenal FC soccer camp takes place at Haileybury School, located in Hertford Heath (Hertfordshire), about 20 miles north of London.
Haileybury provides the ideal setting for a top-level soccer experience, featuring natural grass fields, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and a 25-meter indoor pool.
The campus also offers modern classrooms for language courses.

Accommodation
Haileybury School, which is for boys only, offers students high-quality student accommodation in secure on-site boarding houses, with a dedicated supervisor who looks after the well-being of the boarders. Most rooms have one or two beds (with a few rooms with 4 to 8 beds for younger students) and shared bathrooms. All our boarding schools have comfortable common areas (common rooms) and facilities where students can relax during their free time and in the evenings.

Training
At the Arsenal FC summer soccer camp in Haileybury, players can choose from two exclusive programs:

100% Soccer Program โ up to 30 hours of weekly training, with morning and afternoon sessions focused on technical, tactical, physical, and mental development.

English + Soccer Program โ 15 hours of training and 15 hours of English instruction per week, for those who want to improve both on and off the field.
The training philosophy is based on the Arsenal Academy curriculum, teaching players to โPlay the Arsenal Wayโ โ emphasizing decision-making, creativity, and intelligent team play.
Each participant undergoes an individual assessment to track progress, while certified Arsenal Football Development coaches deliver comprehensive sessions combining drills, tactics, match play, and performance analysis.
The Arsenal camps at Haileybury are open to all skill levels and to both boys and girls, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can gain confidence and grow.
Dedicated goalkeeper training sessions are also included at no additional cost.
Coaches and coaching method
All sessions at the Arsenal FC camp follow the โPlay the Arsenal Wayโ methodology โ the essence of Arsenalโs football identity.
Coaches hold UEFA B licenses or English FA Youth certifications, guaranteeing professional instruction and a strong developmental focus.
At the end of the camp, each player receives an official progress certificate summarizing achievements and goals, allowing parents to see their childโs improvement over the week.
Staff and activities
A dedicated staff team is on campus 24/7 throughout the camp.
Certified coaches lead training sessions, while another group of staff members oversees meals, activities, and free time, ensuring constant supervision.
Their mission: to create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every camper.
Language Class
For participants in the English + Soccer program, the week includes 15 hours of English lessons taught by certified and experienced teachers.
Each student takes a placement test before classes begin to ensure the right level group for personalized progress.
Daily classes are divided into three interactive modules:

- A free airport transfer option is available from Heathrow, Gatwick, and St. Pancras Station.

Arrival
Players arriving by car must check in on Sunday between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
For those using airport/train transfers, arrival should be between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Departure
Pick-ups are on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., or departures between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. for those using the transfer service.
