The Royal Society, renowned for its commitment to nurturing young football talents, announces its exclusive football camps in Spain. These soccer camps provide an exceptional opportunity for young soccer players aged 9 to 14 (U10 to U15 categories) to experience a rewarding journey under the guidance of a renowned institution.
Under the supervision of qualified coaches from the Royal Society, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their skills and understanding of the game while benefiting from quality supervision. The football camps are organized into two sessions:
- First session from August 5th to 11th, 2024
- Second session from August 12th to 18th, 2024
These football camps are limited to 12 players per week per age group, ensuring individual attention and quality coaching.
This unique experience will allow young football players to immerse themselves in the professional environment of the Royal Society, with the opportunity to receive guidance from top-level coaches, including active coaches from the Premier League, La Liga, Ligue 1, and across Europe, as well as a team of coaches from professional academies.

Location
The Royal Society training camp takes place in Alicante allowing your child to have a memorable experience just a stone’s throw away from the beach.
The camp is located in Playa del Albir: your child will spend a week in a dream location where football meets the Mediterranean Sea.
Located in southern Spain, Alicante is the second largest city in the region behind Valencia. Alicante is known for its tourism due to the beauty of its landscapes and its unique architecture. The port and the airport make the city of Alicante easily accessible both by sea and by air. Your child will have the opportunity to taste the culinary specialties of the city such as paella and Alicante nougat, which are known worldwide. Of course, Alicante is especially popular for its fine sandy beaches, its national parks like the Esplanade of Spain, and its ability to enchant tourists from around the world.
Accommodation
During the Royal Society football camps in Spain, your children will be accommodated at the Albir Garden Resort and Spa. Located in the center of Albir, just 15 minutes from the beach, your children will spend an unforgettable week in a complex with an outdoor pool and a spa.
All rooms are modern and spacious with a double bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning. They are also equipped with a seating area with television. There is WIFI access throughout the property.
In addition to the modern rooms, your children will be in a fully equipped complex with a modern SPA including Turkish baths, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. Your children will have access to it, allowing for better recovery after training.
The sporting Facilities
The Royal Society football camps are conducted under optimal conditions. The football fields are equipped with state-of-the-art natural and synthetic turf, just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The fields have restricted access to ensure private and quiet access to the training grounds.
To enhance training, the complex provides accessories such as mobile goals to improve finishing, and mannequins for set-piece drills.
For goalkeepers, there is also a dedicated area for goalkeeper training.
Your children will therefore be able to train twice a day on quality fields with professional coaches.
Beyond football, this magnificent facility features golf and tennis courts, two swimming pools of 25 and 50 meters for endurance training, a gym for strength building, as well as a relaxation room to unwind after intense workouts.
Massage tables and cold water containers are also available for quick recovery, ensuring that they return to training even more motivated.
Catering and food
The Royal Society football camps in Spain are all available on a full board basis. Accommodation as well as all meals are included. Your child will have breakfast at 8:00 AM, lunch at 1:30 PM, and dinner at 7:00 PM.
If your child has any allergies or follows a special diet, we encourage you to inform us in the registration file so that it can be taken into account.
Safety and security
The Royal Society football camps are 100% secure. The hotel is privatized for your child’s football camp, so only Royal Society staff and children will be present. Additionally, the fields are adjacent or very close to the hotels, limiting travel. Finally, your children will be with experienced supervisors who are accustomed to working with children. Your children will always be accompanied by an adult, 24/7.

Training
Your child will have the unique opportunity to experience a week of total immersion in the Royal Society experience, guided by its coaches and its world-renowned methodology. Recognized for having trained numerous football players, the training methodology of the Royal Society is a benchmark.
During four hours of training per day divided into two sessions of two hours each, your child will evolve to become a more complete player. Training sessions will follow the model of the Royal Society’s professional academy with a particular emphasis on technique, tactics, and match situations. The training will include both individual and collective exercises as well as game situations to allow players to put the teachings into practice on the field.
In addition to the technical aspect, your child will immerse themselves in the culture of the Royal Society. By interacting with coaches from the Royal Society, young participants will be immersed in the culture of effort, victory, and the values of the club. This exchange will allow your child to experience a rewarding experience on all levels, both on and off the field.
Coaches and coaching method
This Royal Society football camp in Spain is highly regarded for the quality of its coaches. These are certified and qualified coaches who will pay special attention to each child and guide them towards excellence.
This special attention is possible because the players will be divided into small groups so that the coaches can spend time with each player to help them improve.
Staff and activities
When players are not on the field, the Royal Society football camp staff will organize games and activities, especially in the evening, to strengthen team spirit and cohesion. There are also activities planned during the lunch break so that players can relax.

Arrival
The Royal Society football camps start on Monday for all players. They are required to arrive at 7:00 AM to participate in the presentation ceremony.
Departure
The Royal Society football camps in Spain end on Sunday after the final training session at 6:00 PM. All parents must pick up their children before 6:30 PM at the latest.
