The essentials
Koben Sport Academy offers a range of high-quality facilities to welcome children in the best possible conditions. Their stay will be marked by access to modern infrastructures to help them develop.
In particular, they’ll be able to play on the artificial turf pitch where AD Henares officially plays its matches, a perfect setting for perfecting their football and competing in the competitive atmosphere of Madrid football against local teams!
Add to this the Yugo Lope de Vega student residence where your children will be staying. An American-style campus with numerous sports and leisure facilities to ensure your children’s well-being. They’ll find an ideal environment for sport, leisure and fun!
Location
Koben Sport Academy is located in the charming town of Alcala de Henares, just 30km from Madrid, the Spanish capital.
Alcala de Henares, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a city where culture, sport and relaxation combine perfectly. Known for its historic university, the city is full of charming alleyways.
In addition to its monuments and history, Alcala also boasts several traditional restaurants offering authentic local cuisine, perfect for savoring Spanish delicacies after a day of sport.
Finally, for nature lovers, the city offers walks along the paths lining the Henares River, ideal for recharging your batteries and discovering the city’s landscapes.
Accommodation
The children will stay at the Yugo Lope de Vega University, a 10-minute walk from the football field, where they will meet and coexist with children from all over the world!
The residence offers a range of facilities:

Children will rub shoulders with trainees from the basketball camp also organized by Koben Sport. They’ll all share moments together around the various facilities and this American-style university residence.
The sporting Facilities
Whether at the residence or on the football pitch, the children will have a range of facilities at their disposal during the camp, providing them with a unique experience to remember, ensuring their safety, well-being and a wealth of sporting activities:

All these modern facilities offer a real campus designed not only for sporting performance, but also for the fun and relaxation of every child attending the Koben Sport stay.
Catering and food
Children taking part in the Koben Sport camp will enjoy a balanced and nutritious all-you-can-eat buffet in the residence’s self-service restaurant.
These meals will enable the children to recover well after the effort and to have the energy resources during the whole stay. In this way, the youngsters will have the opportunity to put themselves in the shoes of pro players.
Please note that full-boarders will have 5 meals/snacks a day, while half-boarders will not have as much access to the buffet (e.g. no access to breakfast).
If your child has a strict diet, please let us know when you register so that we can take it into account.
Safety and security
All our coaches and educators are qualified and will be with your children at all times. As safety is a priority, they will be accompanied 24 hours a day throughout their stay. This support is provided by the coaches and members of the entertainment teams, as well as by the entire on-site staff.
Note that the football pitch is just 10 minutes’ walk from the residence, ensuring optimum safety and good management of the children by the on-site staff.

Training
Our qualified coaches offer a unique training experience. In addition to teaching football, they will accompany the children in their efforts with kindness and safety, respecting their limits.
The coaches will set up training sessions as if the children were in the shoes of a professional player, where the youngsters will receive personalized technical and human treatment according to their different profiles.
The Koben Sport methodology puts the child at the heart of the training program! This methodology ensures that the players develop and gain self-confidence throughout their stay.
Coaches and coaching method
The coaches, all qualified and used to working with children, focus their training on the technical and tactical development of the trainees while emphasizing the following values:

Training sessions are divided between intensive and fun activities, to offer children a balanced experience between football and vacations. All this is done with a personalized approach adapted to different levels.
Staff and activities
The supervisors offer the children the chance to take part in various activities in the evenings after training, as well as outings and activities to discover the city of Alcala de Henares. These extra-sport activities enable the children to strike a balance between effort and fun.
What’s more, the children benefit from moments of relaxation within the residence thanks to common areas such as playrooms, emphasizing moments of conviviality with the other children. It’s also in these moments that the youngsters will have the opportunity to bond with others and enrich the cohesion within the camp.
Trips and days out
During the week-long Koben Sport football clinic, all players will have the chance to visit Atletico Madrid’s magnificent, modern Wanda Metropolitano football stadium.
They’ll have access to the dressing rooms, trophy room, press room and pitchside. An incredible experience that will allow them to project themselves into the lives of their favorite players. One of the highlights of the Koben Sport camp in Madrid.

Arrival
All parents must drop off their children between 4:00 and 5:30 p.m. on Day 1.
It’s important to keep to this timetable, as the opening ceremony starts at 6:00 p.m. and the staff will be mobilized for this ceremony from 5:30 p.m. onwards.
Departure
Parents must collect their children on the last day between 10:00 and 12:00. Any delay must be notified 48 hours in advance.
