Location
PSG Miami football camps take place at Tropical Park Stadium which is a 7000 seat stadium where FC Miami City play.
It is located at 7900 SW 40th Street in West Miami, just 15 minutes from the city centre.
Miami is known the world over for its lovely climate, its incredible beaches, its numerous attractions and its varied and international cuisine. As well as that, it is famous for its cultural and artistic scene that is always expanding and developing.
If you come to visit, you can expect a sophisticated international atmosphere, beautiful tropical landscapes and a very varied culture.
Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Everglades National Park, the city has a considerable Hispanic and South American influence. In fact, almost as many people speak Spanish as they do English! This contributes to the international quality of the city, as well as the many local treasures hidden in its streets and neighbourhoods. Look out for the authentic Caribbean feel of Little Haiti or the mini Bahamas that you can find in West Coconut Grove.
Of course, you will also discover the famous Miami Beach and its long, white beach that kids and adults from all over the globe dream of visiting.
Accommodation
Summer camp :
The campers that choose full board will stay at the magnificent Hôtel 4**** Hilton Dadeland Miami. The hotel has more than 200 single and double rooms with air conditioning. The rooms are cleaned every day.
The kids will have access to the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness room, so they can get some extra training in or just relax by the pool.
There will be a daily cleaning service for every room. Twice a week, all the campers’ football equipment and kit will be washed and dried for them.
Winter camp :
Players who choose full board will be accommodated at the 3*** Chateau Mar Golf Resort in Fort Lauderdale. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, balcony and maid service. Players can also take advantage of an outdoor pool and gym.
The sporting Facilities
The PSG Academy USA summer camps will put your children in the conditions of professional players by training every day in a 7,000-seat stadium: Tropical Park Stadium.
The Tropical Park Stadium is used by the FC Miami City professional football team and offers your children top-level facilities.
All the facilities have been designed with performance, development and excellence in mind.
It’s not for nothing that this stadium is the headquarters of Paris Saint Germain in the United States.
Catering and food
For those choose to do the full board camp, five meals will be provided: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner (half board includes lunch and snack).
Meals are freshly prepared and served at the 4**** hotel.
All allergies and diet requirement can be taken into account. Just remember to make them clear in the registration forms.
In half-board, the children have lunch and a snack included.
Safety and security
Lots of different events take place at the Tropical Park Stadium year round, from football camps to academies. Some kids live at the campus all year, so security and safety are Paris Saint Germain’s first priorities. The campus is enclosed, with security guards supervising the area 24 hours a day. The campers will always be accompanied by PSG staff.
Travel from the hotel to the campus will be done by bus, and a one way trip takes only ten minutes.

Training
Before even starting the camp, your child will receive a Nike PSG training kit.
Camp procedure:
After arriving on campus, the PSG Academy coaches will quickly scope out the players so that they can divide them into balanced groups. They will take into account both age and skill level to make the fairest groups. After the first training sessions, coaches will adjust the groups to make sure that every player is in the right place. The aim is for each child to enjoy learning and practising football with similarly skilled teammates.
Each day is made up of 3 training sessions:
- The morning is dedicated to technical drills focused on ball control, dribbling, passing, coordination and shooting.
- The beginning of the afternoon will start with a meeting about PSG’s philosophy and style of play, video analysis, the importance of unsung and invisible work, tactical ideas and movement.
- Next, there will be a second training session where the players will be put into match like situations, on smaller and bigger pitches. This will help work on tactical positioning, understanding of the game and football intelligence.
This way of dividing the day allows the coaches to see if what was taught in the morning is properly learnt by seeing if it is replicated in the afternoon sessions. If not, they will do the drills again.
The week ends with a graduation ceremony, and different prizes will be given out to the most deserving campers.
Half board camp :
The half-board camps for the summer camps have 25 hours of training. The children will start at 9am and join the full board children.
Option specific program for goalkeepers
For any player wanting to intensely work on their skills between the sticks. They will train their positioning, their coordination, their shot stopping, their footwork, their distribution and even their one on one skills.
Coaches and coaching method
Raul Escoin, the technical director of PSG Academy USA, and his team oversee the entire camp. Raul has over 20 years of experience in Spain, notably with FC Barcelona and Villareal.
All coaches either have a UEFA License or the official American equivalent.
The methodology employed at the camp is the same used by the professional PSG team and the technical director of the PSG Academy. It is based on technical, tactical and mental development, as well as improving and building up self confidence.
The objective of the camp is to work on the campers’ footballing intelligence through the combination of various exercises and drills.
Staff and activities
The kids will be taken care of all day by the PSG Academy coaches. They will make sure that each child is having a lovely time. They will also encourage team spirit and solidarity, so that every camper will feel welcome at the camp and can play and learn in a fun and engaging environment.
To help the players decompress and to make sure that playing football doesn’t become monotonous, the coaches will organise fun activities, such as Beach Soccer, board games, card games…
We feel certain that every camper will go home with lots of lifelong memories and plenty of international friends from all over the world.
Trips and days out
EXCLUSIVE: INTER MIAMI match (optional)
For players on training during the week of 20 July, your children will have the opportunity to attend an Inter Miami match with their stars (Messi, Suarez, Busquets). A unique chance to see their favourite stars, all-inclusive with transport, meal and match ticket. What’s more, the first 25 people to sign up will have the chance to watch their idols warm up on the pitch.
What’s more, these weeks of football camp in Miami will be filled with several excursions to ensure that the children experience unique and memorable moments in the United States.
For two-week camps, players will have the chance to spend a day at a water park, take a tour of the Everglades and play beach soccer in Miami Beach.
For players staying for a week, there will also be a few nights out to discover the magnificent city of Miami, as well as a shopping trip.
Language Class
For players coming from all over the world, the PSG Miami football camps can also include English lessons with native speaking teachers, if you choose to add them.
All levels are accepted and the teachers will adapt to each and every student to try and maximise their progress and learning.
The campers will have 3 hours of English class a day, strongly based on conversation and speaking English. Your kids will be totally immersed in an English speaking environment, guaranteeing fast progression.

Arrival
On the Sunday, campers will be welcomed directly at the Hilton Dadeland hotel. Arrival and check in is between 3pm and 8pm.
It is possible to take a return airport transfer from Miami airport (see option when booking).

Departure
Parents are invited to pick up their kids from the hotel from 4pm onwards on the Friday for summer camp.
