Each day, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., children enjoy a lunch break—an essential moment to rest and recharge. We recommend providing them with a balanced meal and a water bottle to ensure they stay well hydrated throughout the day.
The camp is structured around a balance of dynamic training sessions and recovery time, with regular breaks planned for resting, hydrating, and enjoying a snack provided by FC Barcelona.
