Sixteen pitches nestled at the foot of the hills, with the Catalan sun as a backdrop: the Marcet Academy welcomes 6 to 21-year-olds at the largest private football complex in Barcelona, the very place where former participants have gone on to turn professional. Accommodation at the Agora university residence (rooms for 2 or 4, Wi-Fi, air conditioning), with menus designed by nutritionists.
Up to 35 hours of training per week: technique, tactics, physical conditioning, beach training and video analysis. Mixed camps led by a full staff: sporting director, UEFA-qualified coaches, fitness coach, sports psychologist, analyst, nutritionist and physiotherapist. Individual assessment and personalised report for every player. Marcet Academy kit provided.

Location
The Marcet Academy football camp takes place at the Marcet Campus, located in the north of Barcelona. An ideal place for your children to feel the energy of a city that lives and breathes football.
Barcelona is the perfect destination for your child’s football camp, combining a passion for football with a rich cultural heritage. Off the pitch, Barcelona offers a unique experience to visitors from all over the world. Gaudí’s architectural treasures, delicious Catalan cuisine and magnificent beaches have made Barcelona famous.
The city is also a hugely popular tourist destination thanks to its year-round sunshine, relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality. Barcelona is a must-visit destination for travellers worldwide and will delight your children.
Barcelona, with its perfect blend of top-level football and captivating culture, offers an ideal setting for a football camp that will leave a lasting mark on your children’s sporting journey.
Accommodation
During the Marcet Academy football camps, your children will stay at the Agora residence, an international university residence. This modern residence offers an ideal living environment for your children.
They will stay in rooms for 2 or 4, with Wi-Fi and air conditioning so that your children are not affected by the Barcelona heat.
The campus also offers common areas where the children can relax and have a good time when they are not on the pitch. There is a lounge with a pool table, table football, a table tennis table and a TV to watch football matches. There is also an outdoor terrace.
The Agora is the perfect residence for your children to feel comfortable and recover well when they are off the pitch.
The sporting Facilities
The Marcet Academy gives your children the best possible conditions with top-level sports facilities. The Academy has the largest sports facilities in Barcelona, with 16 football pitches available, both natural grass and artificial. There are areas dedicated to different aspects of the game, supporting all-round training.
The Marcet Academy campus also has modern changing rooms, rooms for theory sessions and recovery areas.
In addition to the football pitches, the Marcet Academy campus has a large indoor swimming pool and a gym open to all players.
It is a 100% football environment in which the children will spend one or two weeks, with everyone focused on progress and performance. They will enjoy optimal conditions for an unforgettable camp that gives them a taste of the professional world.
Catering and food
The Marcet Academy football camp is available on a full-board or day camp basis. For full-board participants, breakfast and dinner are served at the student residence restaurant. For both day camp and full-board participants, lunch and the afternoon snack are served at the Marcet Academy campus restaurant.
Menus are designed by nutritionists to meet the needs of elite athletes, using fresh, high-quality produce to match the energy demands of the Marcet Academy’s intensive training.
If your child follows a special diet, please let us know when registering. A vegetarian option and a gluten-free option are always available.
Safety and security
The Marcet Academy camp is fully secure. Your children will be supervised by the Marcet Academy coaches 24 hours a day. It is a year-round academy with coaches who have extensive experience working with young people, so your children are in good hands.

Training
The Marcet Academy football camps are renowned worldwide for their unique training programmes, with a methodology focused on game intelligence and adapted to the players’ age.
There are 2 training programmes available:
- The High Technique programme for players aged 6 to 13
This programme helps players understand the concepts of collective technique, absorb tactical movements during phases of play and automate individual movements. The aim is to improve their vision, speed up their decision-making and, above all, help them make the right decisions.
On the technical side, players will mainly work on ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting with both feet and heading.
- The High Performance programme for players aged 14 to 21
This programme is geared towards professional football and performance. Players have an interview to assess their strengths and weaknesses. It is a comprehensive programme that develops all-round athletes, with technical-tactical training, physical sessions, beach sessions, pool exercises and sports psychology sessions. Players have more than 35 hours of training during the week, which is considerable for a football camp.
These programmes are based on the Marcet Academy methodology, which helps players reach their full potential by encouraging them to understand every aspect of football and to play intelligently, with the ability to see, understand, decide and execute effectively and quickly.

Coaches and coaching method
On the Marcet Academy football camps, your children will be coached by qualified, experienced coaches. A wide staff worthy of a professional team will help your child become a true athlete: sporting director, qualified coaches, sports psychologist, fitness coach, analyst, nutritionist and physiotherapist.
They have all been trained in the Marcet Academy method, and many are former Marcet Academy players, as the academy has been running for more than 30 years. Children are given the best conditions to progress and become better footballers.

Arrival
Players arrive on Monday at 08:30 directly at the Marcet Academy campus to attend the team presentation and form the initial groups. A series of tests is then carried out to determine each child’s exact level and place them in the best group for their progress.
Departure
The last day of the camp is Saturday. Children must be collected after the final session at 18:00, directly at the Marcet Academy campus.
